- Assumed Bouake Teaching Hospital after it was abandoned by all medical personnel due to political crisis; only operational hospital in northern Côte d'Ivoire.
- Coordinated the efforts of 25 physicians and 75 nurses to provide medical care to the northern 60 percent of the country that had been dominated by rebel "New Forces" (NF).
- Performed all types of surgeries, including Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) evaluations and abdominal surgeries for trauma victims daily.

- Kerenek is a private village hospital where I was headquartered while travelling throughout the region. Acted as only surgeon in West Darfur, flying under United Nations sanctions from hospital to hospital to perform at minimum three emergency war surgeries daily on gun shot wounds, amputations, tumors, etc.
- Initiated and managed Kerenek Hospital medical system and improved medical and surgical care for more than 1 million individuals.
